Do you have options to keep looking for the mini? IMO bright/fun colors look better on smaller bags...

Also first time posting & royal reader ....also on reserve and waiting on the 22p pink mini reissue .... my SA went on vacation this week. did your SA happen to know when the pink mini will come in?

I checked in with my SA today about my light pink WOC, I kept seeing it on IG so I know it's out in some stores but she reassured me it hasn't arrived yet.

TPF gurus. New member here, but been lurking for quite awhile . I started my Chanel journey since covid strikes (yupe, the travel money went to the bags, haha). Managed to score several neutral ‘basic’ colours and models. Now, I’m looking for something with a bit of an oomph. Is this too much? Hubby said no and prefer classic colours but I love it and think it can go with so many casual outfits. Please share your 2 cents. Thanks in advance.

It’s really hard to say what’s “too much.” It really depends on what your wardrobe is like. Will you be able to style it? With it get use? Will it just be a shelf bag? I personal only buy bags I know I will use. If you know you will love it whether you use it or not, I say go for it. But if you asking others, it seems like you are already hesitant. When I love a bag that I have to carry I don’t care who says what lol.

While I think the bag is fun, for me, it would be too much. BUT that’s because my wardrobe is colorful and I tend to lean towards bags that are solid colors. Good luck on what you decide. We are bag twos with the light gray 19!

Hi all! I want to get the Vanity case with top handle (17cm version) and was wondering what colours are available this season? Is it hard to come by nowadays? TIA!!

It’s really hard to say what’s “too much.” It really depends on what your wardrobe is like. Will you be able to style it? With it get use? Will it just be a shelf bag? I personal only buy bags I know I will use.

Yeaaay! So happy that someone also have the grey 19 with SHW (was it 22C? I forgot). I was a bit unsure with the SHW as it was the first collection 19 has SHW right?

How I dress is 90% like in the pic. Jeans and simple plain cardigan or tshirt, blue pink yellow green but plain. That’s why I think this 19 can give it a bit playful look for my boring style, lol. I don’t think I’ll wear it for a formal events though. If I choose to buy it, this will be my first colourful Chanel too. That’s why I’m a bit unsure..

Since you said the bolded I totally agree with adding a little fun to a toned down (not boring lol) outfit! Please post more pics of you get it! I can live vicariously through you lol

OMG! I didn’t even know that I can even bolded the fonts, haha. Sorry. Funny though it is exactly in that sentence. How can I undo it? It wasn’t bolded in my post to me?

I have time until tomorrow afternoon to decide. I’ll let you know if I decide to buy it. Hubby said NO twice although he’s OK if I still buy it.

22c vs 22p white CFs. Felt so lucky to see these twins together. Personally I liked 22C more. The color code is the same View attachment 5316837
22P top—WHITE, 22C bottom—ivory

Great comparison! I personally prefer the ivory tones on the classic flap too! My CF is 21A (ivory similar to 22C) and my WOC is 21B (more white and similar to 22P)

Thank you for this! I was wondering the same. I thought the 22p looked very white which is hard for me to style. Do you guys think the ivory tone maybe easier to style? I want a summer bag to wear with my light colored dresses. There is also a white coming for 22S and I am waiting for some real pics of it. I am hoping that would be more ivory toned. Is there a pattern to when Chanel released the different tones of white? Again thank you so much in advance!

There's plenty of pictures posted of that vanity that's the rectangular shape in the what's in stock thread. It shouldn't be hard to come by since the price increases and a lot of them are now on display when you walk into maybe some boutiques. Good luck on finding your dream bag.

I’ve seen it readily available Although this is US stock, not sure which country you’re in. There seems to be quite a variety of colors - red, black, light pink, light blue, even a rainbowish one.

Hi! First time posting in this thread, although I’m a loyal reader
I need your advice - I texted my SA to ask if they had the mini Reissue in pink, and he replied saying they’ve only received it in the medium size (225). I absolutely love that size for the Reissue and I already have one in black, GHW. I initially wanted the mini, because I don’t own any minis yet and because the price is way lower! But I’m now hesitating and need to decide asap, as they only have one available. Would you get the pink one, having already the same bag in black? And most importantly: would you spend 7,800 euros in a pink Chanel Reissue? Sounds crazy to me… but it’s OH so beautiful; and the Reissue in 225 size is perfect… Please let me know your thoughts. Thanks in advance! ♥

I think you know that it’s a “yes” - if you love it- then it’s the right thing to do. Personally I think the 225 is the best size- and can be worn crossbody. To me the mini reissue doesn’t look “right” after carrying a 225. As far as cost- if you have find the right colour pink, then yes, it is worth it imo. Post photos when you get it!!

To be honest with you and while I prefer the ivory in general (easier to style for me and stunning), I still felt I needed both tones so I’m glad that my WOC and 19 are more on the white side. I’m happy about the variety if that makes sense

He said the boutique will not receive it unfortunately … I live in Spain, for reference if that helps - it might be available in other countries for sure. Hope you’ll get your hands on it soon!
