Hi my SA from Saks was able to get me the medium classic in red yesterday, even though I didn’t reserve through him. I just mentioned that I am holding out for a red flap. I ended up reserving a small through my SA at a Chanel boutique (gave her CC info). How do I let her know that I do not want my reserve anymore? Can I even do that? I feel so bad
My Saks SA told me that I can return the medium and he doesn’t care because a lot of ppl are on the list for it.

Keep the bag - those are hard to come by. Your reserve SA should be fine since you’re letting her know someone got one for you first and you’re removing yourself now. You’re not beholden to any one SA, although it is nice to keep loyalty to one. Who knows when your main SA will come along with the exact bag

I’ve felt the same way - the guilt. But we are literally paying thousands of dollars lol so don’t feel bad. If the relationship part makes you nervous, you could potentially buy something else from her to show loyalty (?) - but only if you really want to. You could buy something in stock that she has on hand already.

I would usually agree with your discomfort- but honestly, Chanel are the ones making us play this game, and most of the SA's know that we as the customer are being forced to run around and play the field! I bet that as soon as you let your SA that you have already secured the bag, your SA will be able to place a call to their next client and sell the bag! Just be clear and honest and thank them for always looking after you.

Does anyone know how much the mini/small BA in Europe is? Couldn’t find any info on this. TIA!

I saw the mini BA in baby pink and blue yesterday (Germany), but didn´t pay too much attention to the price tag :/ Sharing the pic in case it helps you (pink one in the right side)

Are you able to share the price differences between the three. I can’t see the prices online. Actually online says 5700 for the flap bag with handle and the coco handle as 5650 but can’t see business one. However i paid a higher price in store for my CCH.

Hi, I didn´t pay much attention to the price tag in-store, but the price of the mini flaps with top handle (pink and blue) is 4100EUR on the website, I think the BA price should be around there as well.

I´m waiting for my bag that should come in 2 weeks, so when I go to the boutique again I can have a better look on prices for you!

I heard from a different SA that the chain isn’t heavy at all and she’s obsessed with this backpack so I gave it a shot!


Hope it’s not that heavy that it would bother me so I gave it a shot! Rang up already on hubby’s name so I can save mine for the light pink CCH . It should arrive on Monday or Tuesday right on the Lunar New Year Day!

P.S. I really hope I’ll like it in person just like how I love the 21S white caviar mini top handle! I didn’t like the top handle at all until I got the bag in my hands!

By the way, my light pink CCH baby just arrived at the boutique today! Good thing I used my hubby’s account yesterday for the backpack.

Last call for me, does anyone know if all types of 22p light pink flaps have to be reserved? I was hunting for pink flap bag with top handle, and was told they are all reserved, so I gave up and get another pink clutch with chain. I just saw mini in light blue that doesn’t show up on Chanel website, so I am thinking the light pink will follow pretty soon.
Question is I don’t know how many styles will come in light pink, how do I find out? Are they all reserved? I still have time to return the darker pink, but not sure how to find info on the light pink.

Yes the 22p light pink cfs have to be reserved, and I’m pretty sure they’re all reserved by now. You may be able to find a light pink coco handle though!
