I think so, I'm in US. Some SAs at larger boutiques are not even trying to hide it - that all their caramel brown mini and heart bags are already reserved by top clients. Meaning customers need to build their purchase histories more in order to get hotter bags

That's such a shame. I never liked this way of doing business... Lets hope that everyone wishing to own a heart bag WILL get lucky to own one
I wish all the stores would get on the same page! Both my Saks and NM SA’s contacted me last week to let me know the reserve was open for the caramel mini and I’ve already paid the deposit. I truly don’t understand how all the stores have different dates, so frustrating!
From what I understand they make exceptions on the one bag per month rule in the US though.Yes, the limit is one bag a month. I get confused reading all of the limits for different countries

I reserved with Saks because I prefer their cc point system. I’ve reached out to both of them to see if there are slots available to reserve - it may be unlikely since it was last week, but it doesn’t hurt to ask if I can help anyone here get one.
Someone who’s interested please PM me if you want to reserve a mini square in brown. I had one reserved not long ago and now I have the opportunity to reserve another one with my other SA. I am trying to give out one of my spots if my SA allows so. But please PM me first if you are interested and I’ll ask my SA if she can transfer the spot.

Does anyone know how reserve work? Do you pay a deposit/full amount of the bag or they just take your cc info?
Is this in US? In Canada we have a waitlist system and bags are allocated based on lucky draws (so I am told). So there would be 100+ ppl waiting for 1-2bags so the chances of actually getting one is very low. My caramel mini dreams will likely not come true this year…
Would Chanel SA from US ship to Canada I wonder? Y’all just have way more stock than your neighbours up North lol.
