So it looks like the Deauville tote will be released this spring. I’m really looking for a black one and the used market is really pricing them up based on your pic. Can I get this directly from Chanel or do I have to go through a store?

All my SAs told me to wait. I know for 22p one of my SAs opened reservations one week before. I’ve wanted this bag since last year and I realllly want to get it.
My fav Saks & NM usually do it right before. They'll send posts with some items they have available for pre-order. Every time I ask any SA early they say they don't have the books yet etc.
