I actually agree with this, they are becoming complacent because they can. People will still buy their bags regardless of qualityA part of me wonders if they knew it looked awful and sent it down the runway anyway just to thumb their nose at consumers, considering that quality has been declining over the years and people still keep buying (myself included). With heart-shaped bags being such a thing these days and the general frenzy that occurs when new collections come out anyway, it kind of wouldn't surprise me if every single one they produce looks that rough and they STILL sell out immediately . . .

I saw that too and thought at first that they meant to showcase a removable chain. Looks like it’s not.. and it snapped on the runway omg. I was very much interested in the black or purple mini one but now we’ll have to see.
