Just picked up the 22s caviar leather small vanity with handle and gold chains today! The leather looks sturdy and stunning.

I haven't unboxed it yet so I only have a photo taken in the boutique.

I included another two pictures from Red to show the details of the beautiful handle. This style comes in white as well.

Totally with you. I felt relief knowing someone else had the same issue too. I think another poster had also mentioned seeing significant creasing earlier in the thread. It’s definitely not pretty but I don’t really look at the bag sides anyway. I hope you enjoy your new bag! :heart:

My SA told me they had 3 large black heart bags they could allocate to their clients and I was one of the lucky ones they chose. Seems like it is different in each boutique?

on the wishlist for the heart wallet on chain, but was offered the bag and the belt bag. I ended up buying the bag for my cousin as i didnt like the size. Will be waiting for the one i order hopefully it will arrive soon. My store only got 2 heart bags one on display outside in black and the white one i got, i was one of the first appointments on launch day.

So sorry! Didn’t Chanel institute a policy of only one reserve per bag per client shortly after 22C? We can’t increase our odds anymore with multiple reserves.

Don’t give up hope. Anything can happen!

Yeah I was trying to get any one of them to add me. They all promised to add me in January then in late February 4 of them said “sorry the reserves are closed”.

since creasing is a natural part of skin/ leather (eg. skin) ageing- I would first begin with expanding the sides a little. Can you carefully stuff the bag so the sides expand a little to allow those lines to relax? Dont overstuff- make sure you can close bag easily. Then I suggest leaving it out in the air in your house (outside of the box) so it can take in a little humidity. It has probably been in a box for many months. Give that a few days and then reevaluate. the creases in leather should relax a little just from some fresh air. I would not put anything on the leather just yet. I would also not take her back for this issue- being on the sides is not really noticable...and I really think they will lessen with a bit of time. good luck.
