Has anyone received their 22s caramel in small size yet?

Me. I missed the 22P. Haven’t heard from my SA yet. Hopefully it will be a true red.

I hope so too! I’m not glad that we haven’t heard yet, but I’m relieved that I’m not the only one waiting. Hopefully it’s not as late as 22P light pink.

really? I was told with the new 5 year warranty when you take the bag in for a repair or issue they scan it and your profile data comes up. We can’t scan it they have to in the store.

Hi yes there is a warranty and the new thing called chanel moi but its not a “scan” more like they type in the number from the gold plate of the bag. But from my understanding it doesn’t limit the next person/owner to have it repaired. I initially thought it was, but a lot of ladies i know and confirmed by my SA that its more of a record for the bags repair warranty than to the owner. Its from what I understand i could be wrong but its what i was told

So this would do away with hand bag authenticators if you want to buy second hand. It’s not like they would know the number registered in Chanel’s system?

Honestly, I guess it *could* do away with authentication sites. The people involved must trust each other to say. Meaning buyer has to trust that the reseller is being honest with the number being provided.
