Just purchased my large black heart & has the warranty for 5 years . When you purchase you upload the QR code then Chanel Moi comes up & you have to enter your details & the unique code for your bag . Once done then the bag comes up on your profile & your bag is registered to you & shows when & where you purchased & warranty end date .

My SA said you don’t have to. All the bags are registered. This website is for you to see the date of purchase and end of warranty.

My SA said you don’t have to. All the bags are registered. This website is for for to see the date of purchase and end of warranty.

My bag is registered to me as the owner/purchaser . If I lose my receipt while still in warranty I can take it in & they will have the unique code of my bag & will find the bag linked to me .

I'm also 5'2" and tried on both the small and large sizes. I think I could've crawled inside the large!!! But the small was perfect for me, I'm just waiting for the light pink to arrive. Congrats!!

Lol. I just for the large. It’s big but I’m 5’8 and I carry so much stuff and rather big bags. Just the price $6k. Is it worth it is what I’m depending.

My SA says it’s not a “microchip” and cannot be scanned by anyone. The numbers can be typed in to the system. Seems like a rumor started by social media. It’s just a plate with a numbers on it. The number is how Chanel knows it’s their product and it’s info. The plate is no different from the authenticity cards and tabs in the bag and still will allow you to use the warranty without proof of purchase because the number itself is proof.

So this would do away with hand bag authenticators if you want to buy second hand. It’s not like they would know the number registered in Chanel’s system?
