Hello ladies! I know this might be a stupid question, but I have never bought a Chanel so I honestly don’t know... I am dying to get my hands on one of the pink classic flap bags from 21S. I don’t know which one yet, I would love to see them in person first but that’s probably unrealistic given how popular they are. The website says they are coming out in March... so do I just go into the boutique on March 1st and ask if they have some? I don’t have any SA who could put me on a waiting list and I’m probably way too late for that anyway. Can you just let me know how it works? Do I have a chance if I go in really early on March 1st? Or is it even another date? Thank you so much
When the collection is out on the website, you can call the customer service and inquire about the particular bag you want with the reference number. They should be able to locate the bag for you if it’s available in the states. Hope this helps.
Honestly, I would try to get on a list now. By March 1st, the lists would have been filled or closed. However, you can also call the customer service for the item you’re interested and see if they can help you locate it. March 2nd is supposedly the date of the Act 2 release. Even if you go into a store early, they might not have gotten shipment yet or they won’t release the item to you because they have a list they follow. I would recommend try calling your local boutiques and let them know that you’re interested in purchasing a pink bag and put you on the lists if the item is popular.
maybe take a look at what’s been leaked so far to see what you may be interested in and take a screenshot of it. Depending on what you’re interested in, some might have no lists and some might have lots of people who are trying to inquire about it. I myself am trying to get 2 pink items but it’s not even a guarantee that I will get it . I hope that it helps!
I think it’s good to start reaching out now. 21S reserve lists should be filling up if they haven’t already. If you aren’t able to go to the stores at this time, I recommend downloading the CHANEL app from the App Store. From there, go to the chat function and look up the boutique you want to go to or is nearest to you and initiate a chat. You will have to wait awhile for someone to get to you but somebody from that boutique will as long as you initiated it during store hours. I’ve done this before and waited about 3-5 minutes for a response. Let them know you are interested in a pink classic flap and would also like to check out other things. They may ask for a reference code. If you don’t have it then just give them the classic flap black product number on the website but ask for the pink. Regardless of whether they say they have the pink classic flap in stock, I highly recommend you request an appointment to meet someone in store. You can say you’re interested in looking at wallets or other bags or shoes. The goal is to meet an SA, get their card, and start building a relationship with them. Once in the store, they may even be able to help transfer stock from a different boutique who may have a pink bag. Or if the bag isn’t released yet, you can ask to be put in a reserve list or wait list. They may ask for your credit card to “get an imprint of it”. For a first time buyer, this is important to prevent chargebacks.
If you’re able to, it helps if you actually buy something when you are in the store to create a purchase history (for new customers). In the future, the SA (or any SA at a boutique nationwide) can place phone orders for you.
if I were u I would go into a store and talk to someone. If you’ve never purchased a flap in the boutique before Chanel will not sell u a bag over the internet/text. You’d have to go through a department store instead if u can’t get to a store

Had a word with an SA and she said that the iridescent beige mini rectangle is low in stock for Japan (I am based in one of the “lesser popular” cities here). The stocks would only go to the bigger cities like Tokyo 
nonetheless, she said she’ll try to source one for me and she’ll contact me in around a month or so.
I would like to thank @nat74 for posting the item codes here because in all honesty, I don’t think the SAs in that Chanel store would have taken me seriously if I didn’t have a code. They’d probably just think I’m some lost ass young girl just shooting her shot at window shopping (because I really do look like one).

Me too! In some pictures it looks like a darker blue, but in this one it is a lovely light bright blue. I can't wait to see it in person.
