I’m sure resellers have this more then Sales associates. I was searching high and low for White so called CS, none available but out of curiosity reached out to reseller no surprise they have them lol. Sad how luxury brand comes down to hands of resellers.

Received the neon pink today. It looks like there is a little spot with no color at the front. It’s not dirt. It’s probably super delicate and quickly shows stains. Not sure if I should keep? :-/

Hi all! I know she’s not sought after compared to all the beauties I’ve seen but I really wanted her. I need some advise. She didn’t come with felt & it caused this indent from the zipper. Am I being too picky? It’s in an area that no one would notice but me. Just sucks that we pay a few thousand and don’t get a bag in mint condition. What would you do? The pros are I got a box and she’s SUPER puffy!

Are you within the return window? Its not bad it is still a beautiful bag but I would exchange because it is exactly in the front. If it was on edge or something it would be different.
