They have indeed the same code (the middle part for leather and hardware combo - Y33352 is for caviar with light gold hardware - and the colour code 10601 for white), but I can't say if they're completely the same shade of white. I have the 21S white but no way to compare it to the 21C white

It can be that it's the completely same shade of white or that they're a bit different. Every white released is a bit different, depending also on the hardware it comes with...
