In my local boutiques, the iridescent 19 small was sold out on day of launch but the m/l size was still available even after a month. The iridescent effect is different for both - so there is another reason to buy both. The classic from this season is more of a pearly sheen as some have mentioned whereas the 19 has more colourful effects e.g. blues and greys. Buy both if you can, but I would always choose the classic if there is only one choice. People won’t tire of the classic design but I’m not so sure about the 19.

Just get the one that speaks to you more.

Thanks for the comparison in color. This does justify having both. I mean they are totally different bags I just have PTSD from all my 2019 Gucci bags that I’m trying to get rid of because they are no longer current/in style. Trying to avoid trendy bags and stick with classics. I purchased both! I’m so excited to see them in person, I was also lucky enough to score boxes for both. I’m fairly certain I will keep both. Will post photos when I get them and let you know my thoughts.

Yep made total sense, I believe this is how I scored the small 19 iridescent. Somebody who reserved it could wait any longer so got impatient and bought it from reseller and then a few weeks later the the store received her bag

No, not to my knowledge or indicated anywhere in the 21A thread. 21A seems to be all about jewel tones.

For example:

21A isnt in store yet so maybe they are confusing with 21p - a caramel mini lambskin was released for that I’m a little embarrassed but I think I am the one that is confused. :(

LOL which Gucci bags did you buy? For some years now I’ve been making an effort to stay away from all brands other than H, CC & LV as I feel the other brand’s style would age quickly and I would get fed up just as fast. I do still buy the occasional Gucci or fendi, but it’s on sale.

yes i totally got it confused with 21B, the greys and armys greens are in that one you are correct.

I don't understand why she wouldn't return it to the store as well. If she is in the States, my understanding the window to return is 14 - 30 days depending which store she bought it from.
