My SA at stand alone boutique texts back only if/when the item comes in but does not regularly respond to my requests so I don’t know if my wishlist items registered or not. It is frustrating I agree!

I know some boutiques have not received all the bags and it’s slow. I am still waiting for mine but there are people here who already bought the bags...

I write to my SA about a bag, she says "We ordered it", but then no news for ages
... and then pics pop up of people who already could buy the exact bag, and I'm wondering, if I missed something, or that the boutique may not receive it though...

I was able to secure an item on Feb 24th (not from Toronto boutiques) but I had to text my SA week after week.So I called my local store just to check in and the SA who answered said the collection comes out on march 12th and it's first come first serve. Hmmm odd since my mom called last week and another SA literally put her name down in the list and said it would come out on March 10th but if they do the lottery before hand she would be informed. The SA today literally not only gave me false info but if I didn't already know the March 10th release date, I would have called two days later and obviously missed out on EVERYTHING
I don't get it, why do they lie like this? Chanel Canada is truly the worst, I've never had good experiences with any SA here. She didn't even want the reference number, didn't ask for my name, nothing. Not even remotely interested in helping me and just wanted to get off the phone 30 seconds into the call. Some SA's play nasty games....
I have called up other locations and asked to be placed in their lottery / waitlist but it felt like the SA on the line was just pretending to write down my name and contact info and they'd hang up on me after a minute of conversation....
I went to the boutique on Wednesday and was floored when both light pink iridescent and light pink caviar that I reserved was there. I only kept one but it was such a hard decision. Literally went all over the boutique to find the best lighting.

I ordered this zippy in pink iridescent. (SAs photo) it was apparently the only one in the USA boutiques yesterday.

I think it’s worth collecting. It’s the 100th anniversary of Chanel no. 5 this year and usually their resin minaudiere are much more expensive. This is leather mainly. My only concern is the white leather getting dirty.

Does anyone know which bag is this? A01112 B05463 NC027. It seems iridescent grained calfskin beige force medium double flap? I thought the iridescent this season is calfskin only... did not think they would have iridescent grained calfskin. Any insight?
