I feel this mini isn’t as durable as the gold one I got last season. It’s really soft.

I totally understand your frustration. I reserved mine way back in November. However due to the limited quantity, both sa that had most of my trust did not come through this time. One sa could only get me slg and accessories. No bag. I haven’t been very impressed with any collection Chanel had come out, except for this 21S. I’m a big fan of pink and already missed the 19S iridescent pink. I guess I won’t be able to get the 21S iridescent pink either. My luck just sucks :crybaby::crybaby::crybaby:

I totally feel you girl, I went to the store yesterday, pretty much most of the bags are from old collection. I asked the SA, he pulled out from the back some bags that he said they are from the “do not touch section”. Well, I guess that section is for reserved customers or something special. Good luck to us !!
