Picked up my NC022 pink zippy from the boutique! It’s baby pink with lilac undertones, especially in different lighting. Attaching some photos of different lighting for reference + compared to some of my other pink SLGs. I thought it might be something to note that the color of the zipper is a bit more lilac than the leather is.

She’s finally here! I’m in love with the color , it’s more of a pearly iridescent and under certain light it has a light pink lilac tone. Since I’m a pink lover it’s the best of both worlds.

I do agree with many of you this Seasons minis are very poorly constructed. The front flaps are not even and the sides of back are not straight. I’ve seen many pics on IG and they all seem to have the same issue. We all have seen this with Chanel lately so it’s frustrating to the point it stresses us out. It’s almost a hi & lo. The stress of hunting down the bag , being able to get on reserve/waitlist & the thrill & excitement once we secure one. Then when it finally arrives the disappointment that it’s not perfect.

Although she’s not perfect I love her nonetheless. I will accept her flaws a enjoy her

Getting both the white in different hardware is really the best choice! I would love to have both too but limited by wardrobe space and budget , glad you are able to accommodate both and I’m really excited for you!

Knowing Chanel I wouldn’t put this past them. They’ve been trying to make minis less appealing Bc they compete with classic flaps. First removing the 4 grommets so you can’t use it as a shoulder bag without modifying it cuz it’s too long otherwise, then making it only lambskin, this is the next reasonable step lol. And it’s annoying Bc I don’t buy minis to get out of buying classic flaps. Some colors I just prefer in a smaller size! If the beige iridescent came in a small I would’ve bought that! Or sometimes ppl just want a pop of color

Yeah, why do minis if they don’t want them to compete with classic flaps. Everyone buys bags for different reasons and uses. I have a few classic flaps and no minis, planning to buy a mini only when I find it in the right color, shape and most importantly, quality.

Agreed. I don’t know why Chanel is doing this to their reputation and customers. It’s almost like they don’t really care anymore and it’s very disappointing. They should go back to their roots and try to make every piece a pride of the brand. To put it so bluntly, I feel like some fakes can surely do better than this although I’ve never seen a fake. It felt like it has gotten to this point at times. I don’t need to see a fake to know that they can do better. This is really heartbreaking to true fans of the brand.

Isn't it ironic that the action from all the noise on resellers, actually ends up hurting loyal customers from getting what they want from collections they love. Not every collection works for everyone, so flexibility to buy when and what you want will be missed. Really unfortunate that this was Chanel's actions to try and control resellers. The first time I was offered a Kelly at Hermes, my SA and her manager disappeared for 10 to 15 mins (felt like 10-15 hours) to double check in the computer that I didn't have my 2 quota bags purchased at a different location (which I didn't as that was my first offer). It's shocking that Chanel couldn't find an alternative to this policy. FYI, one of my stand-alone boutique SAs mentioned that Chanel's fraud department is investigating questionable purchase activity...I personally wouldn't try to buy under a profile with the same address, seems pretty risky, especially if it happens concurrently with these new limits being enforced. Just my two cents.

If their fraud department was that great, this resellers problem wouldn’t have gotten so out of hand. Also, if their fraud department is good enough, then when they do investigate, they would know who are the true customers even if there’s another profile with the same address.

I think it is the dark beige in the upper right hand corner of this pic that was posted on a previous page of this thread. I have it on reserve and am anxiously waiting for someone to post real life pictures. Not my picture
