Seriously! My SA is sending me stuff I have never expressed interest in, then when I politely decline scolds me that it's already sold out and I need to be faster :rolleyes:
I’m in the opposite boat - I’m trying to find something I’m interested in and one SA is saying it hasn’t come in despite evidence to the contrary (in this very thread!).
 
I’m sorry to hear that. If I was you I would call and talk to the manager about it. A stand alone boutique called me last Sunday and I missed the call. I didn’t call back bcuz it was a strange number. After I missed their call they texted me about my reserved item had been arrived at the boutique. They waited for my response before taking any action. So I would suggest you to call and talk to the manager if you really wanted the bag. Good luck and let us know how it goes!
There’s nothing much I can do about it because it’s already sold. My SA told her manager about why I missed the call and they’ll let me know if they will get another one.:sad:
Oh no... I'm so sorry to hear that! But it was absolutely right to prioritize your dogs and clean up, so nothing will happen to them. Crossing fingers that maybe you'll find another one! And just 15 min - this is insane! There should be at least one hour time to call back until it gets to another client
Yea, 15 minute window is insane. She can usually hold an item for me until I respond but I guess it’s a popular item that’s why they are more strict about it.
So sorry to hear this! Glad that both you and your dogs are safe, though. I wouldn’t be too sad about it because as others have mentioned, the minis look a little collapsible, and there will always be something in a future collection (and maybe something even better) to catch your eye!

Yeah, I missed my sas text and I replied less than an hour later and she said she sold it to another client. I'm used to having 24 hours to decide on these reserved items, not 15 minutes!
Me too.. she hold bags overnight for me many times before. This new rule is very unfair for those who are busy.

It's SO frustrating- though maybe she is talking about her own boutique and not in general?

If anyone is looking for the blue mini (NC419 - I think it's the neon one) or the gold top handle mini, my SA has or had them at one point, so there's probably more floating around out there.
 
OMG, why she didnt get your cc info yesterday so its secured. I gave my cc info to my NM SA last week to secure my zippy and yesterday to get the flat cardholder. that's so unfortunate. I know how it feels. who knows youll find a better one.
She does have my CC on file but my bank decided to need my verification of the purchase, and I missed that text as well... sigh I guess it wasn’t meant to be.:doh:

Agreed with the frustration. It was a piece in a specific boutique that someone else mentioned had come in. I think the SA is too nice to tell me it isn’t happening.

The whole dynamic has completely changed. I used to just tell my stylist what I want and she would handle it, no problem. Now, I’m having to research, track down, constantly make my wants known directly with my advisers... and currently still getting nowhere.:confused1::annoyed:
 
Having such bad luck this morning...this is making me so sad.:crybaby: Had an accident with the kitchen fire extinguisher. Was mopping and cleaning the white powder all over the kitchen so it won’t get on my dogs’ paws..I absolutely forgot and missed my SA’s call when she was trying to ring up the mini rectangular pink iridescent pink bag. Now the bag had sold to the next person. Sighhh Wanna cry...so heart broken

Are you a reseller? Why are you asking for payment info on this forum? Didn't we just have loads of comments expressing our frustration at people doing this.
She is not ... please don’t make assumptions she is here to help.. we are lucky to have her... assumptions like these got me in trouble years ago and I was so upset that people thought I was an SA when I shared all the intel from my SA....
