Hi all - I got ballerina flats (lamb skin) in 39. My sling backs and espy's are also 39. The 39 ballerina flats fit in the store but are tight now. (The 39.5 slipped off). Will they stretch? I'm really looking fur everyone to say it'll be ok bc it's too late to return them!
I honestly feel like all flats have a 'break in' period... The lambskin ones I have take at least 2-3 wears to feel 100% comfortable (without ANY irritation)

Thank you for your feedback - I am determined to make them work now! I'm afraid to buy anymore Chanel flats as I may have to accept they don't work for my feet but I love them! Sort of like wanting to be in a relationship you know will never work out long term!

Sorry to hear your dilemma. I had a similar experience with a pair of plain black lambskin. When I bought them the 40 felt too big and the 39.5 felt a little too snug with my toes feeling crowded. I even went back to the store to try the 40 again and exchange but ended up keeping the 39.5 bc the 40 felt like it was slipping off when I walked around. I kept the 39.5 but I always felt a bit uncomfortable in them. I find the tweed ones stretch some the plain leather lambskin I never felt mine stretched.

Thanks for your feedback! Very helpful - I've only worn them like once for a few hours so I'll keep my commitment to them as I do love them!

Got these over the Summer sale a few weeks back... These are my first pair of the quilted version of flats. The quilted flats are the most comfortable! Significantly! Than the regular leather and lastly the patent (for ballet flats). Crazy what a significant comfort difference is between each ballet flat style.

What makes the quilted more comfortable? Just the material or is it a slightly different cut?

I think it depends on where you have the irritation to begin with. The quilted ones for me are easily, without question, the most comfortable. I've had issues with the heel on the lambskin and patent pairs. But the quilt ones I had no rubbing on the heel, so no blisters! Maybe also the quilt has more 'cushion' ?

I love all your shoes here. I have a question ladies. For Chanel shoes, are they comfortable? Usually I would need to wear W wide instead of medium so does Chanel shoes have W too? I have just ordered a pair of sandals from an SA so I am not worried about the W but for flats, I am curious. Especially if I see something in my size 6 on sale, I would love to purchase them but I am worried, they might be too tight and I would not be able to return them since they are last call. Thanks!

They tend to run small and narrow so you need to size up half or even a full size. C width is he equivalent of Wide so 39C. B is normal width eg 39B.

Question for all of you CC ballerina flat lovers. I just purchased my first pair and was wondering if I should invest in sole protectors?? I have them put on most of my high heels but never on a pair of flats. Has anyone ever done it?
