I am thinking of buying the slingbacks in flat version. Do you find them comfortable? I’ve read from a few people that they find the heel version more comfortable. I have a few pairs of the heel version and love them but I would like to have the flat version for those days I want to be more casual.
I just bought a pair and love them. I can tell they will likely cause blisters though, so I’m not planning on walking very far.
Yeah the toe box can be quite uncomfortable. I made a mistake of wearing the slingback while walking on a hill to go to a resto lol. Do you think you can break them in and make them comfortable w/o blisters? (Referring to the flat version you have).
I wear flat slingbacks a lot and I do find them comfortable as long as the sizing is correct. Usually the first wear I get a couple of blisters on my baby toe but after that no issues and they get more comfortable with time. Sizing is hard to get correct - I advise sizing down as otherwise the strap keeps slipping off. I size down half a size and then break them in.

Mine was shipped from Saks in Philadelphia (my Saks does not carry Chanel), so I know Philly got them.
They are relatively new. Also, note there are two shades of denim washes.
One is the super dark navy denim wash. The other is the medium denim wash which is the one I bought.
Here is a photo of the code so you ask a Saks SA to look it up and order them.

In Australia they also have a lighter shade that I personally haven’t seen yet in the U.S. - so there’s a light wash, medium wash and a dark wash version.
Thanks for sharing! I did not know there was a third! These denim ballets are going to sell out fast... denim ballets are so on trend now for some reason. Crazy. I hope you decide to get a pair. They are super comfy, just like the other ballets.
