It will best to text the SA directly as a lot of department stores converted their counters to leased during the year. If leased, then I assume final sale, same as boutiques.

As said above, it depends on the store. If my SA gets sale items for me from the boutique, it's not returnable. If it comes from the store stock, it is (not yet leased).
