These were the pearl encased in the clear lucite/acrylic - are those the same ones on the Cosmopolite jacket?
Probably in the next decade or two they will yellow, not right away. By then they will be vintage, right? Kinda like the buttons from the '95 era - they have a certain look now.

Not exactly the same but similar. I'm not thrilled out them. I prefer nicer buttons for the price but they worked with the jacket. There is another jacket I'm considering that has similar buttons. [emoji848]
I guess I'll be vintage by then too.
We'll all be vintage by then if we're [emoji256] . I can't worry about buttons, I hope Chanel will change the yellow ones whilst I'm enjoying a glass of [emoji136] or I will sort out some nice on eBay and fix the problem [emoji106]

@smileygirl thank you for the mod pics. The pilling issue would drive me nuts too! It's what finally led me to sell my Paris-Rome suit. No point in having something in the closet I don't want to wear because of the fuzzing.

I was just going to say that I like this one best!
This look is very much my style, though all of the looks are fun to see. A few are head scratchers though.
Outfits like this I don't really understand. I guess it's like some types of modern art...it may seem genius if it speaks to you, but otherwise it just looks like a haphazard assortment of things thrown together.
I feel like I could pull three things at random out of my closet and achieve a similar look

And when I tried it on I luckily fell out of love. It's nice and sooo cozy but was not flattering. I felt like I was being eaten by a wool monster. However still a cute piece. Not for me especially for 8950 he he.

Pink is a favorite color of mine, it always lifts my mood! Cafécreme, I had admired this phone case on the VCA thread. Many of the ladies have it and a very nice TPF member let me know where to find it. I am currently searching down the other colors (it comes in pink!) but it is just a cute design, no real jewelry in there!
