Congrats on your new bag. I feel your pain on finding a 224 in black with rhw. I have been searching for over 2 years for that exact combination.Been trying for over a year to get my hands on a black quilted 224 with RHW, but no luck so farI'm starting to think I might never find one, so I decided to get this reissue for now. I am still holding out hope for the 224 of my dreams eventually, so I got the So Black Chevron (different size, different hardware, different pattern) as not to be redundant once I find that unicorn. Until then, I am quite pleased with this beauty

Does anyone here love the so black chevron aged calfskin reissue? I’m so in love with my 226. Roomy and luxury, practical and edgy. When I got it it looks like a preloved bag. After using it for a while, it still looks like when I just got it. The only issue i had was if I wear sunscreen and touch the leather, it will leave some white colour marks on the leather and so hard to get ride of. Have you run into this issue? How do you remove it?OMG I have become unnaturally obsessed with the chevron reissues. I recently bought the red one from 2016, and I'm getting this exact bag soon! I think I've gone crazy in love with these bags. Both in 226, perfect size, such a great bag! I plan to wear it with my casual outfits for when the jumbo looks too formal.
Me! Mine is also 226 and the inside is also black. I love the practicality of reissue and love the chevron so black for it’s dressy and casual look at the same time. So versatile
Yes, reissue can be dressed up or down no problem and edgy not flashy.

Does anyone know the code for the reissue from last year that was a gunmetal leather with GHW? I passed it up because the leather was damaged at Saks, but I still dream of the bag.
