Hi! Do you think it’s redundant to have a 225 and 226 both in black quilted aged calfskin with ruthenium hw?
I currently have the 225 in black with ruth and recently purchased 225 in chevron black with black hw. I still crave the 226 size before the price increase but not sure if I should opt for another color like taupe with ruth. I’m not into gold hw and I tend to gravitate towards silver tones. Also thought about exchanging chevron 225 for 226 but not sure because the size looks good crossbody and fits everything I need. Maybe I don’t need a 226 then. [emoji848]

I think if you can afford to get both, you should do it. For me, the 225 and 226 serve different purposes. 225 is great for a day of shopping or going out to dinner, while I love the 226 for work. I own a Black GHW 226 and So Black 225 and see myself getting a Black GHW 225 sometime in the future. Good luck deciding!
Thank you for your opinion, it was very helpful. That’s exactly why I think I want the 226 as well.. for work or days when I want to carry a little more. I guess I will have to think more about it and decide soon.
I would in the sense that it can be worn with most things and is not a statement piece due to the muted nature of the colour. Not as neutral as black or beige but it’s beautiful and interesting

This is apparently my Unicorn, it would literally be the Final Bag in my chanel collection. Can someone please tell me how you found this magical little bag?

It truly is a Unicorn. I have been looking for a 224 in that same combo or even another dark color for two years now with no luck. i keep hoping they will release one again but so far nothing.
