Hello!

I haven't used mine that much but I think it holds up very well! I took it with me travelling and it is very easy to use / travel with. I think distressed calfskin is very durable. I'd say go for it!!

Yes! The nice thing about it is that it can be casual and formal at the same time and never look out of place! [emoji5] sigh decisions decisions! My wish list is never ending!

Looking at purchasing a reissue soon and was wondering how versatile the black/gold combo is for daily use? Those who have this bag - do you use it as your everyday bag or is the gold too flashy? I'm hoping to get one for everyday use.

I own a 226 Reissue with gold hardware and I think it is very versatile. I take it anywhere, to work, shopping, parties etc. I do have to mention mine has aged gold hardware, I have seen some Reissues that have flashier gold hardware, I can imagine those might be a bit less versatile.

The reissue camera bag has been on my Wishlist. After I read that chanel is re-releasing this style, I knew I had to be quick to score one on preloved market before they hit stores (in case preloved prices went up due to the release). Lucky me I found one last night on eBay from a reputable Japanese reseller whom I have bought from before, and hopefully will arrive next week! Yay! I've really been hit hard by the reissue bug... it's my 3rd preloved reissue in 8 months...
in the meantime I hope to see some reveals of the bag on tpf!
