I am a reissue freak lol. My first Chanel bag! I went to buy a CF like everyone else but saw reissue on someone at the boutique and that was it! I have gone through sooo many ..boy, cerf tote, classic flaps m/l and left with only three in my collection now. Live and learn. Here is what I have...
-Reissue (Most used bag) This bag is made to go with gold hardware. Personal opinion.
-Black lambskin jumbo shw (I wont miss this one in my collection, find it too heavy and boxy ...it's nowhere close to the functionality of a reissue and I rather use my Birkin 30 instead as a bigger bag)
-Sequined navy blue and silver mini flap with shw (thinking outside the box was sooo worth it, I love this)
-Square mini in lambskin GHW would be my future purchase.

I tend to mix metals. I wear two love bracelets (YG and WG) all the time. I like to do ghw on my smaller bags and shw on the bigger ones.
Thank you so much for your input! Love the ladies on TPF! I'm ready to take the plunge on the black reissue GHW!!!!

I cannot get enough of this bag [emoji24][emoji7][emoji24][emoji7]

I wear mainly silver jewellery (+ jade bracelet) and the mixing metals don't bother me at all. When a bag is this sweet I think it would take a lot to irk me [emoji23][emoji23]

I have both and I think they fit almost the same amount, but the mini prolly fits a little bit more bc the 224 is narrower at the top. In general I find the mini easier to use because it has only one flap and I think the CC turn lock is easier to close than the mademoiselle, especially when the bag is at capacity. With that said, I do love the detail of my 224s and the separate compartments. I also love that the 224 has 4 grommets, which makes it easier to convert into a shoulder bag. All in all, I love the mini and 224 equally. They're both gorgeous bags with different pros and cons, and I wear both as often as possible. HTH.

Thanks, that is helpful! I think for the price I would go for a 225 or 226 and go for a classic mini for ease of use. But maybe one day if I'm still dreaming of a 224...
