Chanel Receipt doesn’t match the collection

This happened to me too when I ordered the highly coveted 21S Light Pink Medium Caviar over the phone at BG. The tag on the bag is correct but the receipt they emailed me showed 18B. I called the SA right away and she said since they are a department store boutique, they have a different SKU number. She said what matters is that the tag and receipt matches the serial hologram sticker so I decided to keep it.

Hello! I just called the NM Chanel Boutique from SD and spoke with the store ambassador and she told me with the classic flap for 21P it will show as a 19B collection. She said for some reason the SKU for the 21P collection unfortunately they will not show as 21P because they are from Department Store instead of the stand alone store. She said all the Chanel boutique in a Department Store fir this bag will show as 19B collection for the 21P classics! Doesn’t make sense to me.

This is true! I just bought the 21P cardholder, and I was confused because my receipt said 19B, but the SA said all the 21P shows that way.
