Hi.. wonder like to enquire if anyone got their Chanel from Le Bon Marche using the exclusive reward day under their loyalty programme?
I heard that one can get 5% as credit that could be used for next purchase in the department store.

Yeah, it is possible. Bought a Chanel bag at Le Bon Marche back in February and got 5% credited to my account. Haven't redeemed it at Chanel, but wouldn't now why one couldn't

May i also politely ask the following as I'm planning a leisure trip to Paris with flexible schedule and so am wondering if i could:
1. spend 500 euro to be get onto the loyalty programme (day 1)
2. come back the next day to get chanel items (day 2)
3. come back to use the 5% credit (day 3) - any restrictions on the brands? I tried to view on website but the terms and conditions are in french and so I can't decipher them out.
Does it work this way? And what are the other brands on 5% rebate?
OT, but in theory, this should be possible. However, there might be a delay in processing the purchase and thus exclusive reward between day 1 and 2 and the credit between day 2 and 3. There is a desk to help you with inquiries on the loyalty program, so I'd suggest to go there if you have not received the exclusive reward on day 2!
All brands that offer 5% rebate are Balenciaga, Bottega Veneta, Celine, Chanel, Delvaux, Dior, Fendi, Gucci, Loewe, Louis Vuitton, Moynat (excluding children and beauty).
Fyi, you get the rebate on purchases on all of day 2. So if you buy at other brands than Chanel, these are taken into account as well. Hope it helps!
Was in Paris this weekend and set to spend some money, however, I didnt even made into the store. Rue du Cambon had a 2hour wait!!! So I decided to skip and will blow my money in London in fall or go for a day during a weekday to Paris.
Generally, there were so many people EVERYWHERE! I don't know even why, given summer holidays haven't started yet (at least for most European countries)

Visited Paris over weekend - ended up queuing for over 2 hours at 19 Rue Cambon. Not a great experience overall - but purchased a card holder in yellow from last season. I’ve just returned back to london and opened this evening - there is no authenticity card. Just wondering regarding this as previously purchased a black card holder in 2019 (same style, same store) and received one at that time. Just wondering if this has changed at all? It’s possible it has as haven’t bought anything Chanel over pandemic.

Not required to queue. Just walk right to the entrance and you will be welcomed in. Unfortunately there will be unhappy stares at you
This is giving me scares for my visit this weekend....
But Cambon is the only Boutique in Europe that has the skirt I like in the right size... 
I really hope that for all that waiting time I will find something nice.

I did want to look at bags but they didn’t have a good selection - I got in there around 3pm and they were really busy. They did have the new pink and the satin purple which was beautiful but the flap looked crooked to me so I passed.
