Does anyone know when will prefall collection hits Paris stores? I am going in late May and hope to get a bag before the price increases...but of course it depends on when the new season starts

Phew! Thanks dear Lia013! I hope Gabrielle is not part of the 'classic' just yet! But I am eyeing a mini when Act 1 comes, and mini is always included in the price increase

Not 100% sure if the minis are part of the classics. But I think fawnhagh is right here.

Ladies, its getting worse. Just doublechecked it for you. My info was 7%. Now the new info is from 7-10%. And yes, minis are included. Boy, classic flaps, 2.55 and timeless. But no Gabrielle.

Thank you so much again for the info! I'm glad I snapped my holy grail 2.55 in chevron just a couple of months ago!

I'm so sad that by the time I buy my 1st new from the boutique Chanel, the prices would have already increased. It really seems that Chanel is pricing out regular hardworking women and only catering to those with alot of disposable income or uber rich.

I don't want to stoke the fires of any price increases, but in theory the next time there is a price increase I would expect the mini flaps to experience the most substantial increase. The reason is the minis are so much less than the M/L. The difference between a small boy and an old medium boy is only $400 US. The difference between the mini flaps and M/L flap is $1800-2000 US.

Now I have been around Chanel and luxury goods long enough to know logic definitely does not dictate pricing; however, given that Chanel made an effort to harmonize global pricing not too long ago, I can't imagine the disparity in price between the minis and M/L will continue much longer.

Thanks!!! I thought it might increase and if that is the case, I might not even get Chanel at all and switch to Moynat! Maybe I will just get a bag from each brand and see what makes me happier before plunging in to get the series!!! hehehehe... I might be killed before I do that! (bf stuggles)

Moynat makes beautiful and superior quality bags, I'll definitely recommend! The only drawback is there isn't any resell market for it as it's still not well known (if you ever consider resell I mean).

Get one from each brand then you can figure out which way to go going forward [emoji6][emoji6]
