I concur. I asked 2 Saks SAs and both confirmed the same thing. No other classics other than what we've seen posted

And I think one of my SA's answer is very prudent

"I went through the book and it simply has a bunch of special CF (Python media and such) so I would be lying if I gave you any definite answer. My seasoned coworkers/manager believe it's happening but nothing is definite"

I just read a comment of a user on another website "As of today, medium classic now € 3980, a friend visited the store in Paris today.".. This was posted yesterday January 12th.. can someone confirm if this is true? :amazed:

Like I said, I will ask my SA's tomorrow... The boutiques get weekly shipments, so if the price indeed already increased, the classics coming this week should have the new price tags...

Boy, 4000 Euros for the medium classic flap is insane :rant::rant::rant: I will stick to the mini size now and WOC for example... Gosh, if they increased the price of the GST - too glad I already paid for my new GST... will receive it in a few days...

Of course, I will make a reveal when the GST arrived... Chanel prices are really reaching a level I soon will be unwilling to pay it any longer... that's sad...

can't wait to see the reveal! yes the price increases are crazy.. but it still won't stop me from buying my first classic m/l.. I'm too obsessed :laugh: can't wait to hear what your SA has to say about the price increase rumours :hrmm:

so it seems this one was false alarm... I think the 3950 was a jumbo... Classic flap is 3550 now, so that would have been an increase of 400 Euros...

but unfortunately I have the bad feeling that when the increase happens this one will indeed be the new price for medium size...

And yes, this rumours are driving me nuts, too :cray:

of course I'll keep you all posted, as soon as I asked I will let you know
