I know!!! Its not like the quality is improving either... it really does feel like paying purely for the label. If there is another price increase soon it will be the value for money that turns me away from the brand.

This is so annoying! I had planned on buying another jumbo and then being done with Chanel for a LONG time but won't comfortably have the money until end of Jan... and of course my Chanel is now sold out...

Anyway, Canada SA wasn't sure about a price increase although has said many customers are anticipating one... He doesn't think it will happen January 15 like everyone seems to think.

Another SA told me US just had an increase so Canada will likely have one soon but from what I know US did not just have an increase.. not on classics anyway. :S ... Not very helpful.

I am panicking either way. Please hold off Chanel. :(

It's just the Chanel marketing strategy, they want the brand to remain exclusive to the target audience that can afford its always increasing prices.

Based on all the rumors I've heard I have a great feeling it'd be this Sping or early Summer...oh noo please not that soon.
I wonder if these increases are based on statistics of their sales or trends of spending power. They are a ust but can't they be less frequent?? Argh.

That date would make sense... 2014 happened the price increase around the same time... Just in time when the classic flaps of the Spring/Summer season were released :tdown: I think it will happen again in April, like in 2014...
So I think I won't beat the price increase with getting the Chevron Mini flap I want before tbe prices increase again...
