The funny part is I reached out to Customer Service & showed them the same photos. They tell me “I don’t see what the issue is“. Then proceeds to tell me that it is the normal pattern of the leather... #Dead

Shared with my cousin the conversation with Chanel Customer Service. He asked if the Customer Service rep is crossed-eyed lol

I love that they couldn’t admit it even when looking at this photo. I swear we should start a hashtag on IG like #chanelfail and start posting pictures of these dumpy looking bags.

Left sided edge is rounded while
Right sided edge caves in
Bottom edge is completely uneven (you can tell it’s uneven bc the mini triangles at the bottom are different sizes)

That’s really really bad. I’m shocked at this one. It’s getting me scared because I am waiting to receive mine. Have you contacted your SA? Do they have another to send you? Maybe 3rd times the charm?

Left sided edge is rounded while
Right sided edge caves in
Bottom edge is completely uneven (you can tell it’s uneven bc the mini triangles at the bottom are different sizes)

Yes, I think this light brown will be more orange than an actual neutral if it's based on this swatch.
