I reserved the Grey Caviar Small. 
@christinely I ordered another one & it doesn’t get any better...
Left sided edge is rounded while
Right sided edge caves in
Bottom edge is completely uneven (you can tell it’s uneven bc the mini triangles at the bottom are different sizes)
I think I remember someone refering to it as a dove grey color. I love grey bags!It's looks kind of light. There is a swatch a few pages back in this thread.
It's deplorable that an item like this even passes quality control much less be sent out to a customer. Sorry for your experience even with a replacement.
The funny part is I reached out to Customer Service & showed them the same photos. They tell me “I don’t see what the issue is“. Then proceeds to tell me that it is the normal pattern of the leather... #Dead
Shared with my cousin the conversation with Chanel Customer Service. He asked if the Customer Service rep is crossed-eyed lol

that’s assuming they even have a quality control department. I think it’s been nonexistent for years
That is correct. I have experience in supply chain and most companies dont have quality control or if they do, then they check only less than 1% of products. The idea is to get the product right when it is produced in the first place so you dont waste time and money on scrap or rework.
Something is wrong with chanels manufacturing processes.

i am just going to tell you what happened to me, I paid full price for the purple iridescent mini I believed it was like 6 or 7 months BEFORE release months, and one day... out of the blue my SA (that had already told me, they were already coming in) sent me a text saying.. love I am really sorry but “CHANEL” decided to cancel all iridescent purple minis and stop production, so sorry we will refund your money I was really furious but left at that. He said it was out of their control (Hirshleifers) that it was CHANEL’s decision:/I just got on a reserve list for the 21A grey medium CF with a SA at Hirshleifers.
She said the system shows the color swatch is N6515 which a Google search is showing as a dark grey lambskin. Another SA from a standalone boutique said the color swatch she saw is a light grey caviar. Not sure who is more accurate....
I went ahead and got on the Hirschleifers reserve list by providing payment authorization to hold my spot but according to the SA, if I change my mind anytime before shipment I would be given a refund.
Has anybody had previous experience with this store?? Does this sound right to you?
I feel crazy for doing all this but desperate times!!!! I’m hoping it’s a caviar light grey but I guess only time will tell until the books officially come out in April.....

but apparently is not Hirshleifer’s fault it is CHANEL’s
