Wasn‘t that pearl mini sub $5k when it came out? Seems odd for the mini and classic to be the same price. Lovely bag for sure but a $10k price tag feels like Chanel is just testing us or something. Anyone else feeling annoyed? Price increases, resellers, funky SAs, it’s getting to be a bit much for buying a handbag.

cannot agree more, i love Chanel but recently buying a bag gives me more anxiety than pleasure.

bag I attached was $6k in 2020, so I was hoping the one this year would be around $7k as it’s a little similar but to account for the price increase and the pearls. But it was just wishful thinking lol smh. Idk what I’m gonna doEek I really hope I am wrong and it’s not $10k! The details on the bag are sooo gorgeous. Crystal and pearls! In a quilted pattern! Genius. You all are making me wonder if I need it too haha! (But going to resist!)
I hope everyone is able to get their 21A bags. please get on the waitlist before the resellers do. I know a couple of folks have been able to pulse SAs periodically and received confirmation that their SA is planning on putting them on the top of the reserve list when it opens. Fingers crossed!
Yes I am keeping up with SAs to get on the list. I got on the 21s waitlist for something you posted actually so thank you! But nobody is letting me get on the waitlist for 21a yet so I’ll just keep checking. I don’t want to annoy SAs tho.

It’s so nice to see people sharing pics of what’s coming out. Hopefully we will get the preview of winter collection soon. It’s exhausting having to stay ahead of the resellers but...it’s the price we pay for loving the brand I guess haha!
Hi ladies, wondering if anyone has been able to get on a 21a waitlist? Every SA I contact (from stand alones) says they haven’t gotten the book yet, but then when I ask to be kept in mind for when it comes Bc I want the caramel, they say it’s already been fully reserved before waitlists even opened
Its so confusing. I am wondering if the SAs are competing internally to get their clients on these reserves before it officially opens to the public?
Something is going on because my conversation went along the lines of:
Me: “I’m interested in some 21a bags, is the waitlist available yet?”
SA: It’s too early and we haven’t got our book yet, but let me know what you’re interested in so I can keep you in mind when we get it
Me: requests caramel flap
SA: those have all been reserved
And this same thing happened to another font at a different Chanel boutique

That is so frustrating. i asked my SA roughly when the waitlists will be open to the public but she couldn’t say.
ahahah that makes no sense. What, are they all reserved in the SA's mind?? I understand completely if it's simply too early, my SA said the same. But the rest is nonsense.
Not really sure what’s going on and I’m not looking for anything in caramel from 21A (at least not for now lol) but I wonder if some SAs just rolled over the waitlist from 21p caramel to 21A since they had so many people wanting the 21P? Just a thought....
I managed to get on the waitlist for 21A about a month ago. My SA from standalone boutique took down my info and let me know she's added me.
May you please dm your SAs info? I understand it might be too late but I’d like to try if possible
