For RTW reserves, the buy books usually come out a few weeks after the runway show. This is the time I pick out items to reserve with my SA and this will influence what the store will "buy". If your nyc SA said the buy books are done then it means they will only get the inventory they planned to order. After the launch, your SA should be able to transfer RTW from other stores as they come available though.

I've done this for RTW for the past year. I'm not a VIC but my focus is mostly in RTW and not bags. I completed my reserves for 23A in Dec similar to what another poster said.

Also this is my experience from shopping at a standalone boutique.

Also, without looking I think part of the inside of my white woc is fabric and that’s a whole nother level of stress right there ;)

Wow that’s a good price! Yeah the WOC is definitely more a large Wallet size and I know it’s difficult to fit much more in. I’ve also found it pretty difficult to come by nice WOC colours in the UK, they seem to sell out pretty quickly. I also saw on another thread though that white bags are likely to yellow over time!!!

Patent has that tendency, but caviar is safer. Just store it well

White lamb is so just so delicate and will show literally any wear or abrasion. I have a white caviar woc and using it makes me nervous. I would always joke with my friend that when you saw someone with a white lamb chanel you knew they were loaded because they could buy a “throw-away” bag! If you have a monstrous collection and just love the idea of a white regular mini then sure go for it, but if you don’t that would not be the bag I would personally add. I would go for the sweetheart, something in caviar, or another brand that would be less expensive for such a delicate bag.

:lol: :lol: This is funny. Maybe that’s why my white (lambskin) my perfect mini get so much attention! In all fairness I’m not what I think of as loaded lol nor do I have a massive collection. I don’t see the bag as a throw away but I don’t use it as much as others. Mainly because it’s square, not the color or skin. I’m partial to lambskin so most my bags are lamb and are all in good shape! So far so good. We will see how the post ages 5-10 years from now:lol:

I believe the denim jacket in look 38 was $6100 at the time of the buy, however that might not be the final price...much of the RTW from current collections has been coming in slightly higher (versus at the time of the buy) when the collection launches. Fingers crossed this will be the price. I have the denim jacket on reserve so I had that info but I didn't inquire on the rest of the items.
