How do people have time to keep up with all these collections and keep up with how early you need to reach out for items? It’s now a 6 month lead time to ask for things? It’s like having a part time job to stay in the know and keep up with timelines and deadlines lol.
Right!

My local standalone boutique has way too many rules on when/what can be reserved. The store is super busy and everything sells quickly unless reserved. I typically prefer to shop at the boutique in nm but I don’t like their last minute reserving system and they get less stock. Not to mention my SA has been out sick a lot so I may have to get a new one.

My standalone sa told me they didn’t order the mini or small boy in yellow so she’d waitlist me for a yellow cf. I’m definitely going to take a break from buying because I don’t want my shopping to feel like working. I shop to take my mind off of work

Sounds like the stand-alone boutiques have a longer lead time. I usually shop in an NM boutique, and you are right about the last-minute reserving. For the 22S caramel CF, I didn't even ask my SA about it until about mid-January, and it might have been 1st week of February. I can't even remember. I see others posting that they reached out in Dec last year. For 22A, I asked my SA about the beige and the yellow as well. I hope it's a bright canary yellow and not a muted pastel color. I have been wanting a yellow CF and was hoping that it would be chevron, but I'll take the classic quilts as well. I need to decide between beige and yellow  I hope you get your yellow bag! Good luck on getting a different SA as well. I hate to hear your current one is out sick a lot.

So hilarious that people are scrambling and getting all the work in to get reserves for 21A, and some (like me) are still waiting on items from 22P and/or 22S.

So I can reach out to my nm sa months ahead but she then reaches out to me once reserves open IF she remembers lol. My sa said the yellow is quilted caviar with lghw and will come in both small for sure. I really wanted a small or mini boy as I’m still waiting on the 22p cf.

I’m hoping this is a good bright yellow, too! I’d love a bright yellow cf:loveeyes:
