Amanda! You've totally summed up my fascination with the Elise--ladylike with a funky edge! The black is nice, but I think it looks a little "flat" against black. I wear a lot of black... I think I need to put the black and the chalk next to each other and see. It's nice that the chalk is actually a creamy cream rather than a flat white color.

I vote for MJ Elise in Patent Leather. For some reason, Elise is a lot prettier in patent leather (the regular leather version doesn't do it justice). It's really beautiful in Chalk, Blush, Black, Midnight, don't like Cola. I especially like Blush -- the SA in my local NM said this color is limited/seasonal, Black and Chalk (or other variation of Ivory/White) will be available again.

Chanel bag is AMAZING but make sure you wait for part2 which
have cellphone holder pocket inside the bag.

French man finally think hi-tech that's why part2 got cellphone holder. Right now Chanel try to get rid of part 1 first.

Thanks for everyone's input! I'm leaning towards keeping the Elise in chalk--just need to make sure it's the color I want, vs. black... And I think I'll go for a classic Chanel flap bag over the Luxury collection :p

I'll post pics once I'm set!
