Yes I have bought 3 bags from them. All excellent. Have also sold 1 bag to them as well!
Did not have to pay tax or customs into UK. They sort that out their end. Please note there is a forum for recommendations on IG sellers.

I'm so torn because I've found the mini I've been wanting for ages but it's from a seller off Instagram. Has anyone purchased a bag from one of these sellers and had a good experience?

Hello, I’m trying to get a black mini with top handle. I visited all the London stores a few times to try my luck and all places told it’s a wishlist items and gave me a card to fill out with name, phone number, address ect to fill out except harrods, which was the only boutique i found quite hostile. I happened to be brought all the colours from 22p to see in the minis but the tones weren’t right for me, but I’m a bit confused if they actually contact you when the items come in stock. Does anyone know quite how it works?

Random but I went to the Chanel store in Selfridges with my husband to get a jumbo black timeless bag, and she brought me one with silver hardware, I asked for gold and she told me that they didn’t have it and unsolicited that they don’t take layaway. Wtf haha, then I went in later to the Bond Street store and asked just to buy the bag, they told me it’s in stock, I had my baby and the wait was a half hr., after a half hr nothing… I just had a bad experience so I decided to buy VCA instead. Then VCA Bond Street with my baby was awesome, so quick, helpful, was in the store max 10 mins.

I found harrods very dismissive as well each time I’ve been, the last time I went the sa told me that because they have so many people passing by it’s easier to get items from Sloan square or Walton street.
