I am in need of some help. I am looking to purchase my first Chanel bag. I’m looking for a mini rectangle flap in black or woc in black both with silver hardwear. So far no luck in the store. does anybody have any tips on how I can get my hands on one or if anybody would share their SA details I would be most grateful.

Harrods had one SHW WOC available when I went in but that was a fortnight ago. I recommend calling the stores before hand or emailing the Harrods customer service.

I’m afraid I don’t know. I think when you call you can ask them to reserve it for up to an hour if they have it in that particular store. I think your best bet is asking to be put in contact with an SA and then have them look out for one that comes in - that way you won’t have any wasted journeys like I did!Thank you for your help. My SA in Manchester said the new collection will be launching there on Tuesday also. I live between London and Manchester so can travel there if there is something I must have, I’m thinking the London stores will be too busy for me so perhaps I will go to Manchester instead.
