Do you know if people have been able to pre- order items? Or is it case of first come first served? Was wondering if it was worth contacting my SA at Harrods to see if I could get the Coco Handle I’m after!
I don't think they know what's coming for the new collection yet
they have to prepare for the sale first on 4th
my SA will tell me once they see it

I have never been able to pre-order per se, but I always message my SA to let them know what I am interested in as soon as I see them on the forum and send any potential colour codes or pictures of the item. I then send them a reminder nearer the time of the launch and it’s worked out pretty well so far. I have managed to score all the bags that I have wanted (the only exception is where the store has not ordered that item) so I always think it’s worth reaching out to your SA. I hope this helps!

Hi all, havent been on here for a while. I am really struggling to get any pics from my selfridges SAs of sale items. I think they must be really busy. Does anyone have any reliable SAs from bond street or harrods that they wouldn’t mind sharing? I also don’t live in London so normally I reserve things and then a friend picks them up. Thank you x
