tbh i am not a big spender on chanel or harrods
i only buy shoes and earrings that's it

guess i was lucky that an SA from chanel whatsap me
eventhough i didn't buy from him coz he was so late to contact me
at that time i was looking to buy an earrings so i ended up bought it from T5
my SA from harrods did apologies for not contacting me sooner as he got my details quite late
can't remember the last time i was in harrods
i am going to see my SA this saturday

i bought the rect mini pearl crush from my SA last Saturday and got it on monday
i have checked the bag and the strap supposed to be adjustable but it didn't work on mine
i showed him the video yesterday
it was his day off yesterday and today but he did reply to my msg
i told him i want to exchange to a different bag if possible CF in jumbo size caviar leather if there is any
he will check with his manager tomorrow and see what stock they have for CF
i don't think i want another pearl crush coz i am worried the strap will playing up again

i have an SA in chanel shoes selfridges
bought one shoes and she gave me her card
she managed to track down the dad sandal for me in the last collection
will stick to her in shoes dept
she's very helpful and always response to my msg
FYI I did end up returning to Selfridges once my queue number was up (took 2hrs - the wait was probably double by the time I went in).
I saw a lady trying on a black rectangle Pearl crush - not sure if it was purchased in the end but the SA said it was "only just received". This was at 6:15pm this evening.

Yes the light beige jumbo was caviar and pink M/L flap also appeared to be caviar. No small CFs though.
Has anyone been told about restrictions on purchases? I was told that apparently it is one slg every 60 days along with one bag too.
Has anyone seen caviar classic wocs anywhere? I’m hoping I can still find the 21K light purple or light blue in boutiques, or at least from a UK-based reseller. I like 22C dark green but not sure about the ghw.
