I'm pretty sure they will not give you the current selling price of the bag. Why should they? I think they will give you what you paid for the bag. In 11C, when the double-flap was introduced they raised the price $300 simply b/c they added the flap. You will not be able to do an even exchange b/c the double-flap is a more expensive bag than the single.

I think Saks has a 60 day return policy? So not unlimited - but Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, and Bergdorf Goodman don't have any time limits on their returns. So I guess someone could technically return a bag years later!

Hi!

My SA told me that she had Chanel mini 4 holes in lilac color...so I bought it but what I received was A69900 2 holes mini...which is different from A69055....

I am going to return it, but there was no return shipping lable in the box...
No Bloomingdale near my place carry Chanel. Could I still return it at the Bloomingdale near my place? Or do I have to ship it back to NY store?

Also, is it still true that it is unlimited return for Bloomingdale Chanel items?

you can return it at any bloomingdale store. Bloomies has no time limit but all tags needs to be attached still.

Not sure if this is the right place to post my question, but if anyone knows -- what is Bloomingdale's return policy on Chanel shoes?

One of the pairs of shoes I just bought a few days ago is too big, and I'm afraid it'll stretch out even more over time (pair of Chanel ballerinas with the ruffles and the elastic band on the sides). Any recommendations/advice on best pair of Chanel flats? And Bloomingdale's return policy on Chanel shoes!! Please help! Thanks in advance!

Ur Chanel flats sound really Cute are they the ones with the Gold CC logo @ the toe.... I think that style runs Big.... Maybe u should just call Bloomies, & ask abt the return policy..

Hi porsche09, thanks for your response. Yes, it is the lambskin with the stretchy sides with ruffles at the cap toe area, and on top it has a mini gold cc logo. You are right, they fit a bit too loose. I'm afraid over time, it'll only get looser... Do you have a pair? How does it compare over time? I ended up returning mine. The Bloomies SA called and said there's a designer presale, so hopefully I'll score some luck there!

I was just wondering, I received a chanel bag from bloomingdales in May, I'm still undecided about it, as I am not sure it can hold everything I need. I don't live near a bloomingdales, but was hoping to go visit one soon where they carry chanel to be able to compare, can I exchange the bag, if it wasn't purchased on my card, but all tags/stickers are still attached?

Was this a gift, or did you pay for it some other way other than on your card? I'm not clear about that. If it's a gift, they may or may not exchange it, as often they will want to deal directly with the purchaser, unless you have a gift receipt. You might want to call them since you don't live nearby to see what the procedure is.
