Ya a few times I walked into Chanel NAC and found the SAs quite rude so I ended up not buying anything. There was only one I met this amazing SA who was so nice and sweet and I didn't even buy anything too. [emoji28] She gave me her card but I don't know where I put it.

WOW! Thank you dearly for taking the time and effort to share!
My sentiments exactly about wanting the whole great experience when it comes to shopping luxury on a holiday, hence you understand what i mean when it had been disappointing.
I am of a service background, and so I do have my expectations.
Thank you for understanding =)

I shop in London and Dubai stores. In the past 6 months I have had the most appalling service in Chanel, London, particularly in Chanel at Harrods. The sales assistants all look bored and annoyed that they have a customer and they lie about checking stocks on the computer. Shopping at Chanel is an unpleasant and stressful experience. I noticed now when you pay the item is brought back packaged up by another person - not your assistant. As she/ he must be lying down after such an ordeal! Very dismissive attitude!! The same seems to apply now in the Dubai stores. The sales assistants all act like you are taking up their time and also lie about checking for items you want. The other day the sales lady even said at one stage that she had 'actually checked this time' for a particular bag!!. Presumably she just lied about checking for other items for me!!
On the other hand, I have had the most impeccable service from Dior in London & Dubai. Such politeness, attention, friendliness, patience, offers of coffee etc. They even carry your purchase to the door to see you out. Incomparable! Shopping at Dior makes me feel happy and content with my purchase. Shopping at Chanel makes me feel stressed and unsure about what I bought. It is a pity that Chanel are being trained to be so very unpleasant.

Ladies, I need some advise. Do you think I should sell this Chanel extra mini lambskin which I bought in Paris? Husband will sure scold me if I sell it. [emoji54]

for me personally, it depends on the intention i had when i first purchased it.

did you buy it to keep it as a collectible item in your collection?

If you bought it with the intention to use it often and find yourself hardly reaching out for it due to color/size/leather, only then i will sell it

Yes, you can say it's for my collectible item. But I don't use often due to the size. Husband doesn't allow me to sell because it's a momentous item from Paris. [emoji848]

Yup its not exactly the most practical size but its sooo cuteee. does the bag still make your heart sing?

on another thought, do you have other bags which you hardly use as well but somehow u didn't think of selling it? perhaps that will help you find out the underlying reason why you felt that you can re-home it with little seller regrets :)

I still can manage to put in my iPhone 7+, LV small cards/coins purse, car key and a packet of tissue. [emoji23]

And, this is my first Chanel too. [emoji38] I also have a couple of LV bags and a Chanel PST hardly use/not often use. [emoji849]

Can fit in my iPhone 7+. [emoji1360] Is it same size as Note 5? The length is same as Chanel mini square but height is shorter. [emoji848]

我老公会生气的 because last year I ever mentioned to him about selling this bag and he was [emoji276]. After that I never mention again. ☹️ I sell what bag and must get "boss" approval. [emoji38] Luckily, that time he agreed to let me to sell my LV monogram Alma BB because I was going to get the LV World Tour monogram Alma BB so having 2 Alma BB seem weird and "extra". Alma BB can sell and this Chanel extra mini can't sell. [emoji19]

i think if it's a momentous item and if your husband is not agreeable, then maybe you keep it unless u want the money to get another bag?

hello ladies! i used to use applecare to condition my bags. but i haven't been doing it for 3yrs or more.. thinking of getting a new one for my bags. can i just ask how do you ladies "maintain" the bags?

do you bring it for cleaning yearly or just condition it at home as and when? i have never send my bags for cleaning before... but would like to take care of my bags more now... haha...

Hehe... I think your hubby loves this red extra mini than you! Lol [emoji173][emoji173] [emoji38][emoji6][emoji11] Since your phone can fits in nicely just keep it. You mentioned you do not use it often means you still use it so just keep it. Or maybe wait until you find a true red caviar shw mini next time then you can start your 说服计划 part II. [emoji14] Like your alma bb.

[emoji38][emoji38][emoji38] yeah, maybe he [emoji173]️ this red bag more than me! [emoji23]

I am still using it but seldom. [emoji848] Yeah, if there's another red caviar mini square and will be good! [emoji2] I prefer square over the rectangle now. [emoji1360] Square is so cute. [emoji54]

Maybe I just keep it first. Anyway, a small bag keeping in my closet also won't take up space. [emoji13]

I love red bag too, really nice pop.[emoji173][emoji173] I got a twilly finally for my red mini coco. I actually prefer my mini coco to have plain clean look without twilly but I just cannot stand how the top handle turning darker color! [emoji32][emoji29][emoji37] I changed a longer chain to wear as crossbody bag. I think it looks quite cute like that. [emoji57] Very convenient! Crossbody bags still my fav. [emoji173][emoji106]

Thanks dear! [emoji11] Mini coco handle is $4100. Price quite similiar to your rectangular mini. The original mini coco strap not long enough to crossbody which I find sometimes not convenient for me. This longer chain is not from Chanel, is black hardware from other bag (from far cannot see the difference[emoji14]). I tried it and love it so thinking to buy a rhw crossbody chain next time if possible.
