Happy new year ladies. Thought I share pic of my latest mini chevron in dark beige (I think that's the color description) in calfskin with matte gold hw. Long story I went to NAC on Thursday just to check what's new in store. An SA approached me as usual no new mini so I showed her a pic from instagram. She checked and said they sold one that day! I'm like what the...[emoji21]I told another SA from my previous visit to call me if there's new stock. Sigh. She helped to call MBS and lo and behold there's one last piece on the rack that came in few days prior.. So I rushed to MBS and was at boutique like an hour deciding if to get it. My kids were getting bored at their mummy going back n forth.
I don't know why it doesn't give me that wow feeling. Is it because it's calfskin or am I waiting for that One mini from the next season (although I have a feeling I will miss the boat again and never ending search). No more xmas leftover wrappings hahah and tried asking for magnetic box but she gave reason like it's for classic bags blah blah even though I got one magnetic box for my mini square in kl [emoji57]
It's a beautiful neutral color. But have not taken it out to try it lol. I dont know if it goes with my wardrobe. On the contrary, when I bought my mini square red chevron last June I was so over the moon I used it a lot. So what you think ladies? Any positive input would be great.

I didn't know there's such a color for chevron mini this season! It's a nice neutral color and I would like that it's in calfskin as the texture is smoother than caviar but yet it's more sturdy than lambskin.
Only thing is you have to decide if this color goes with your wardrobe and if you really like this color? Hope you're able to come to a decision soon. [emoji253]

Me neither till someone mentioned there's a dark beige mini in Europe for cruise. Thanks for the assurance. The calfskin is indeed smooth with some aged lines on the inside.
I was hoping for a mini rectangular in caviar in some dark color. Fat chance right. But I'm seeing pics of minis on forum and instagram and thinking like why is it so hard to get one in SG. Or Maybe I couldn't make myself wait for ss17.

i didn't know spore will bring in this color.. i asked the SA and they told me they won't bring in beige and light pink leh. their info very inaccurate leh.

I see but I don't think you still can find anymore cruise mini in caviar by now. They should have sold out. However, SS17 will have mini caviar. I am eyeing for the SS17 square mini lambskin gold hw chevron in fuchsia [emoji7] since I already got the cruise square mini caviar in dark pink.
The calfskin chevron is nice too because the color is unique plus the gold hw goes well with it. [emoji1] You can keep this and get another one for the SS17. You can ask SA to call you when SS17 is here. [emoji848]

I figured (on my own bod) the thickness of torso to consider too.
I finally secured my coco small from NAC in caviar white- lizard handle. I know many think white is not practical. But I simply love this color!
