What did the SA say when you brought them back to the boutique? Did they offer to repair foc?
Now that i just scrutinised chains of other bags purchased direct from boutiques they are also like that! So seems like i m too paranoid. Dear me !

I told them if they could repair within few weeks then fine for me. They took back to repair ctr to QC. [emoji849]
After that came back telling me ok to repair in SG so I agreed. A week later, they called me again and this time told me SG no parts so had to send to Paris and should be about 6 months! [emoji15] Husband wasn't pleased so he refused. He wanted a credit note to get another pair for me. He said 6 months too long to wait and moreover the espadrilles newly bought less than 1 month! If 6 months which meant 6 months wasted couldn't wear the shoes. ☹️
Eventually, ding ding dong dong here and there with the manager and finally they agreed on credit note. [emoji6]

I don't know leh. [emoji848] I always cross body. The mini square chain length is [emoji1360] Really rest perfectly on my body. Whereas my mini rectangle chain length is slightly longer. [emoji23]
