I just noticed there's 2 indents on my bag, tmr will be the 14th day since I bought it. I also made sure that my chains don't rest on my bag so I'm really not sure what caused this omg... should I go back and check with my SA, 2 weeks old bag shouldn't be this way right? [emoji30] and for an exchange can it only be done within 14 days? Or will they fix this for me

Something sharp must have hit onto the bag. Have you used? You can try to bring in to the boutique and see what they say. :oh:

Yes I've been using it for a few times I'm so heartbroken [emoji24] any idea if they will be able to do an exchange for me or something.. I baby it a lot so I really don't see why there is an indent on it.. I don't even leave the chains on the quilt [emoji24][emoji24]

I'm so sorry for you honey....
I accidentally sat on the leather part of the chain (same bag as yours) and now there's a permanent crease but luckily it only shows on the "inside" and I was quite upset already. So I know how you feel. I don't think you should get your hopes high for an exchange since you have used it...

I think an object may have hit onto it. No matter how careful we are in the public when using it somehow or rather someone/something may hit onto it. :sad:

But if the bag is unused and something like that happened, (of course as human being, we may also overlook the defect even though we have started using it) I will demand for an exchange or credit note even though it has past the 14 days exchange period. Who cares about the 14 days policy. :yucky:

No point calling the boutique, all those people who answer the calls are only customer service staff. They always repeat the standard lines to customers. Just bring down to the boutique asap. :idea:

Last time, I'd a pair of espadrilles also had issue. I worn only less than 5 times and the inner sole "pop up". I sent in for repair. Initially, the repair ctr told me only took a few weeks to repair then after that told me again it would take 2 months and finally called me again to tell me would take 6 months! Husband got so damn pissed off. :cursing: He spoken to the repair ctr manager and demanded for a credit note and refused to repair. Eventually, I got a credit note. :frown:

thinking of getting the fall/winter red with black boy .....

I think more or less will color transfer a bit especially jean material. If your jean material is rough type and may cause abrasion to the lambskin. :idea:
