:huh: Why did you send the cleaning cloth in together for the repair? It's better to keep all these things when repair because they may misplace them. :doh:

You can try to ask the SA for one if possible but no guarantee they'll give because they may say each bag per cleaning cloth. :smile:

You can ask the SA for another one saying you sent your bag in along with the cleaning cloth but you received it without... I think they've extra cleaning cloth because I ever bought a bag and SA left the cloth out, he gave me 1 when I asked for it. Good luck! [emoji256]

Err.. I mean I left the cloth at home after the SA took the bag but can't remember where I put. Haha! Recently v forgetful.. thought I keep bk into the box. :( oh no... can't purchase frm boutique? So sad leh.. :(

Oops haha sorry I misinterpreted! :P The next time you make a purchase at the store, try to ask the SA for it. If you've a regular SA, it should be no problem to ask for one.

Hope your wish come true! ^^
