Lucky you to get such a responsible SA! Mine just went cold on WA and only later I found out he quit. No handover nothing.

Hopefully I will get to hear from the new SA. so far nothing from her yet.
I guess if she doesn't bother to contact me for the new launch, it's a hint for me to go find a new SA on my own

Just went mbs too and saw lots of seasonal cardholders, in grey, black, brown, pink caviar! There was also classic cardholder in white and yellow.

I think there is a long waiting list so I don’t think can walk in to buy. My friend checked with her SA 1-2 weeks ago.
