Hello, do you ladies received the email warranty soon after the registration or not so fast? I registered for warranty on Monday and till today I have yet to receive the email

Just wondering... with the new registration for warranty, does the owner of the bag need to be the one to bring the bag in for any repair work for the next 5 yrs? If so it’ll mean people who bought from resellers may not be able to get any repair done? Or people would just end up lying that it’s a gift Also does it mean it’s repair for free? Anyone know what does the warranty cover?

Omg you are amazing! How did you know this would work? Actually it was my husband who went down yesterday cos I couldn’t head down till much later. So after he told me what the SA said, I posted it here.

But shortly after he actually managed to get the bag by telling them his wife’s friend saw it on Monday night and it was still avail so he flew down to purchase it. And magically the bag appeared!

Awww Glad you got the bag! How lucky! Congrats! Actually, I wasn’t sure, but if you can proof to them that the bag is not dedicated for VIPs the day before, the SA should be able to do something for you. Not say we are asking for small vanity cases! Happy for you!

I was there Tuesday around lunch time. Perhaps the pieces you saw on Monday morning were the same as those I saw if no one bought them on Monday? Did you see them at the main boutique or at the concept boutique? I thought these were sold by allocation and didn’t think it would be available at main boutique easily.

Not sure! I think there are many SAs around so they could have the same off days.
