I feel MBS has a bad queue management system as NAC did not accept any customer appointment on the launch day itself.
The queue usher recorded the name one at a time, whenever there were appointment-only customers leaving the store and provided the customers in the chanel store was within the capacity. I was advised by the queue usher that the physical queue outside the store was 2-4 hours. So, in the end, each name took 10-20 mins to be written down.
and yes, it was so unfair and there's no accountability to those who queued all the way to the back!
I happened to be the one who went 7.45am plus to queue there (4th), waited happily until 11am, the store manager came to us and informed that currently all SAs are engaged with their VIP customers (who always made purchases with the SA and maintain good relation) Hence they are able to walk in first with their SA. All of us, have to wait for next SA available after they served their VIP.
I left and asked store manager to remove my name/ number from the system. Will not queue again as I know the VIP would have purchased most of the popular items.
