Unfortunately, I didn’t drop by just now. I was super confused between the rose clair and iridescent pink so I asked my SA if they were the same bag.
She then showed me a photo of the small rose clair and I thought it was in stock. Was prepared to rush down. Hahaha
Turns out that it was already sold out and she’s just showing me the photo for reference. Anyway, I asked her to inform me if by any chance new stock comes in

Wow so strange! However, I try not to purchase from NAC as I don't quite like the SA there as well. It's been a few times I encountered unhappy experience there. To me, luxury items shouldn't just pay for the goods, but also the service. If I feel bad about it, I can just spend at somewhere else instead. Also I wana make my purchases all in MBS to collect points
hugz.. that's how the system works... maybe your SA is like mine, still not able to get the bag you wanted for you because among SAs, it's by allocation also. They have to "help us queue" for the item we want... and if they are not being allocated with the bag, they can't sell to us... of course even if they are being allocated with the bag, they also have a long list of customers waiting for the same item... Nowadays it's just really hard unless you are a regular customer who splurge on their ready to wears. otherwise it's quite impossible to get any of their popular items which is a seasonal piece... unless you are talking about those classic pieces which are popular, even though stocks are limited, can still wait for it, just takes time...Thank you for your great info!
Sadly to say, I keep checking with my only SA from MBS for a few months already and now I only know the stock come in through you here. I texted my SA regarding this for the past few days but no reply at all. My SA usually will reply but these few days strangely no reply. I thought maybe is busying. Now I realize maybe is because I'm not that kind of vip that attract this SA to reply. Maybe the bag need to reserve for other more important customer to them.
