I went into the Taka boutique today because there was no queue. I have been trying to get in to try on a mini flap square - it's been on my wishlist for a while but I was so disappointed because the SA said that they no longer do mini flaps in caviar??? Can anyone confirm this?? All my Chanels are caviar so I was just taken aback.

Thanks! Was it hard to get your hands on the bag?
I didn’t think it was difficult actually I happened to visit the boutique on a whim one day (and this was at many weeks after the launch of 20a), just saw it on display and asked my SA if could try it on. Loved it and bought it
Although I think I was very lucky that day as I know ppl have been asking their SAs to alert them when they are back in stock. Good luck!

Yeah, that’s what my SA told me. Mini flaps no longer come in caviar. It’s also difficult to get in the resale market :(

I went to the boutique at MBS on 31 Jul evening. After being in queue for more than 30 minutes, I got in to the store. I was told by a SA wearing round rim glasses that they do not have the small vanity case with chain. When I asked if she could take down my name and call me if they ever have one in store, she said “you will never have a chance”. She wore a smile throughout the conversation. Rather than appearing friendly, it seemed more like she was mocking me. So sad, even in this pandemic, instead of trying to
win over customers, she drove one away.

I think u will never face this problem with Dior SA. I think in general SG chanel SA have worse attitude, because they know their stuff is sellable even w/o our business. But i can kind of imagine their smile, like want u to faster go away so they can serve their next buying customer.

That being said i have met some genuinely nice SAs at both MBS and NAC, even though they know that ur not buying because they dont have what u want, they still help u to check w other outlets etc and make the experience pleasant.

I'm quite lucky tt when i meat mean SA, I didnt have anything to buy at the boutique and when i have nice SA's then got all the bags that i wanted to buy hehe

manage to give my sales to 2 good SAs
